I just wanted to send you a thank you for the excellent job that was done on our cake ordered last week. We needed a cake to send a newly acquired, high-end customer to thank them for a very large order placed with us. We needed to impress them…and impressed they were to say the very least!
I’d like to thank Dottie and Denise for the great customer service they provided…they made what seemed to be a stressful situation run smooth until the very end. They were attentive to all the little details, and we were able to get this cake delivered with only a few days notice. Other bakeries I called were unable to help me in such a short time frame.
I will recommend you to friends and colleagues and I look forward to doing business again! It is refreshing to know that some people still care what their customers think and deliver quality service!
My only regret is that I couldn’t be there to eat the cake!!
